Privacy Notice

Last updated October 2026 · Version 1

This notice explains how BIT Solutions Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1. Who is responsible

BIT Solutions Co., Ltd. is the data controller.
Bangkok office: 454 Ratchadapisek Road, Samsennok, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310
Phuket office: 70/61 Moo 3, Ratsada, Mueang District, Phuket 83000
Telephone: 02-938-1602
Privacy enquiries: privacy@bitsolution.co.th

2. What we collect

  • Information you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, telephone number, company name, the solution you are interested in and your message.
  • Technical information collected automatically when you submit the form: your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string and the page you submitted from. We use these to prevent spam and abuse.
  • Cookies — see our Cookie Policy for the full list. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal — necessary for taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To keep the website and our systems secure, including spam and abuse prevention — our legitimate interest.
  • To show an embedded Google Map on the contact section so you can find our office — our legitimate interest. The map is shown by default; you can switch it off at any time under “Cookie settings”, and we keep a record of that choice.

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling, and do not send marketing messages to people who have only sent us an enquiry.

4. Who we share it with

  • Microsoft — enquiry notifications are delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailboxes.
  • Our hosting provider — operates the servers on which this website and its database run.
  • Google — only for the embedded map on our contact section, which you can switch off. Google receives your IP address when the map loads. Web fonts are served from our own server, so nothing is sent to a font provider.

These providers process data on our behalf, and some of them store it on servers outside Thailand. Where that happens we rely on the providers’ contractual data-protection commitments.

5. How long we keep it

  • Contact-form enquiries stored in our website database: 24 months, then deleted.
  • Cookie-consent records (kept as proof of your choice): 24 months.
  • Email correspondence in our mailboxes: in line with our internal retention schedule.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us to: give you access to your personal data and a copy of it; correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete; delete it or anonymise it; suspend its use; object to our use of it; transfer it to another controller where applicable; and withdraw consent you have given. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@bitsolution.co.th. We reply within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

7. How we protect it

The website is served over HTTPS. The administration area requires a password and protects every change with anti-forgery tokens. Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it, and our information-security practices follow the ISO/IEC 27001 framework.

8. Children

This website addresses businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and its version number. Where the change affects cookies, we will ask for your consent again.
